Introduction

Spray Dryer is used to laboratory production of micro-particle powder by universities, research center and food, biotechnology, beverage, chemical, material, and pharmaceutical enterprise lab.
This method is suitable for the dry process of all solutions including emulsion, suspension, etc. of heat-sensitive materials, such as biological products, bio-pesticide, and enzyme etc. Because only mist size of particle sprayed by machine can get high temperature and the particle is transient heated to keep the active ingredient of those active material undamaged after drying process.

Features

  • Using screen touchable face display operation, control temperature, airflow volume, air pressure, pump speed and de-blocker frequency;
  • Product feeding with RS2559605 rotary pump, capacity is adjustable;
  • Automatic de-blocking device prevents the nozzle from becoming blocked and variably controlled.
